What happens: Quill can cut the wyrm plate but won't set it in silver; Harl can set it but won't cut mirror-glass. Carried between the two rows, the plate becomes a Still-Water Locket, a silver locket holding a disc of water that has never rippled, which helps its wearer hold their breath. Each craftsman pretends not to know the other's work is in it.
