• Spawns: Spawn_river_path (from Sallowbank).
• Exits: back to Sallowbank.
• Landmarks: the reed bend, the glowing crack under the water, the five mender stones, Tobin's eel weir, the seal line.
• Rough layout: a bend in the Sallow upstream of Sallowbank. The warp sits mid-river; the menders' circle stands on both banks and a sandbar; the reeds where the hunters hide are inside the seal line on the far side.
